Shipping

We are in a fast paced world where everything is required quickly. Therefore at DS we try to ship your products within 1-2 business days. You can expect them to reach you within 4-5 business days from dispatch.

All shipping is free above order value of 2000. Below that, an amount of INR 99 is charged.

Cancellation

We send an automated order confirmation message over whatsapp in case of all COD orders. There is a window to cancel your order at that moment.

Prepaid orders are shipped fast and hence there is no cancellation window for them. In case of exceptions this can be considered on case to case basis. Request you to mail your concern on greetings@desolitaire.com in case of cancellation of prepaid orders.

We hold the right to enact all the policies and also the authority to over run them in case any malicious intent is sensed from the customer’s end. Frauds can be debarred from the website and may also be taken action against.
