Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We believe in establishing long term relationships with our customers based on mutual trust and also believe in maintaining complete transparency about our operations. Thereby you will always find all our policies detailed out with complete information.

Note-

  • Cosmetic goods are exempt from return due to hygiene and quality issues. Only in case the product was delivered to you in faulty or damaged condition will the cosmetic good be refunded/replaced
  • In case your product was given with any free gift/product, it will also need to be returned with return of original item(s)

  1. Time for reporting- 48 hours from delivery
  2. Terms & Conditions- The purchased product should have all the tags and labels in place and the product should be completely in its original condition (unused/ undamaged)

 Process-

  • Replacement/Return (of same product): in case the received product is damaged, defected or non functional in any way, shape or form, OR it didn’t meet your expectation, we request you to inform us within time. Share product pictures at greetings@desolitaire.com or whatsapp them on +91 9315230342 to help us understand the defect or unliking. The team will understand your issue and approve replacement/return. For replacement let us know which other product you’d like in place of the previous one. Balance amount will be settled with you in your account.
  • Exchange-. In case of a sizing issue, raise the concern within time and place order for correct size by following the size chart of the product. Send a mail highlighting the issue to greetings@desolitaire.com or whatsapp us on +91 9315230342
  • Once your replacement/exchange/return is approved by the team, our delivery partner will visit you to pick up the product. Once the team inspects the returned item thoroughly for its original condition, new product will be dispatched or amount will be refunded

Refund Amount

  • When  the returned product meets all the checks and is cleared by our Quality team, we will refund the amount back in your account OR as a voucher for you to be used anytime later
